Oh Happy Holidays!

We have some amazing neighbors!  Joy is not only a neighbor but she is a great friend.  She knew we were leaving for Christmas so she stopped by with some gifts before we left:
Thank You Joy!

We traveled to upstate NY for Christmas.  We decided to make a fun stop along the way:
The girls were very excited to visit the chocolate factory at Hershey Park in Pennsylvania:
Our first stop was the chocolate tour:
The start of the ride through the "model" chocolate factory:

The girls enjoyed lots of fun sights along the ride:

They gave us some free chocolate at the end of the ride!
We went on the ride twice, looked around all the shops, and then headed on our way:
It was a nice quick visit to Hershey Park.  The girls shared their excitement by giving mommy lots of arm hugs.

On day three we made it to Grandma Grandma's house (mommy's paternal Grandmother - age 90!):
And there was snow!:
 Time for a snowball fight!

Daddy don't put Elizabeth in the snowbank!:
 Let's get mommy!

Daddy are you going to hit mommy with a snowball?!
He must not have done it because he is still smiling:
Grandma Grandma was very happy to see us:
At Grandma's house we celebrated Elizabeth's and Daddy's birthdays with cake and presents:

The next day we went to see Nana (mommy's maternal grandmother ~ age 95!):
Then we went over to Grandpa Ed and Grandma Joyce's house.

We had a great time decorating Grandma Joyce's cookies:

Time to take a break with Grandma Grandma while daddy cooks dinner:
The next day we went ice skating!  Mommy was the only one who had ever been on ice skates before, but that was 30 years ago!

It was a lot of fun!  By the end Elizabeth, mommy and daddy did not need the walkers anymore!

More to come soon. . .
