Merry Christmas 2019!

Friday, December 20, 2019
On our way to NY for Christmas:
Mom gave us slime! Hopefully we wont make a mess in the car (ha,ha).

Saturday, December 21, 2019
We pulled off the road along the way when we saw a bunch of snow!
The snow here was too light and we couldn't make snowballs.

However, when we got to our Airbnb in NY the snow was perfect!
Dad had some pretty good evasive moves:
We made piles of snowballs for the battle:
 Daddy swiped from our piles!!
We doubled teamed him. Wow Rachel that is a big hunk of snow!

The airbnb:
This is our second time staying at this airbnb. We really like it and will probably try and stay here again!

Time to go visit Grandpa Ed and Grandma Joyce! We celebrated Lizzy and Dad's birthdays:
They got us a yummy cake!
 Cards and presents too!

Thank you so much Grandpa Ed and Grandma Joyce!!
Clover watched us hoping we had something for her! You have to wait for Christmas Clover!

We went to church at the Peter Whitmer Farm chapel in Fayette, NY:
After church we went to "Killer Hill" for some sledding. We came here last year and there was only a tiny bit of snow. There was just a little bit more snow this year. Daddy went first to test the speed on the snow!:
Rachel and Daddy went together next!
Lizzy decide to take the "Bunny Slope"
We had so much fun!! Perhaps next year there will be even more snow!

After sledding we went to Grandpa and Grandma's house. We enjoy helping Grandma decorate Christmas cookies:
Gingerbread men and
 Sugar cookies - yum!
Dad and mom helped too:
Grandma Joyce was busy decorating more gingerbread cookies:
We got them all decorated!

Time to go build a snowman!

Dad helped us make a pretty tall snowman.

Dad went and got Grandma Joyce. She loves snowmen!!:

We hope you love him Grandma Joyce!
Rachel stayed outside for a while and played with the German Shepherds:

They liked catching snow and ice.

Christmas Eve:
Usually on Christmas eve we go to our cousins house to celebrate Christmas. However, this year Aunt Gail was really sick. We went to aunt Gail's house and visited with Eric and Gabe and his friend and her daughter. Aunt Gail had gone into the hospital last night and was in ICU. Everyone was very worried about her. Mom was able to see her briefly in the hospital. Sadly, Aunt Gail passed away right after Christmas. We love you and will miss you Aunt Gail.

Merry Christmas!
We went to Grandpa and Grandma's house to celebrate Christmas. Grandma Joyce (and Grandpa helping) made a delicious meal of turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, giblets and sausage and of course Grandma Joyce's most excellent gravy!

After dinner we exchanged presents. We made some cards for Grandma and Grandpa:
We gave all three dogs a bully stick!
We had gifts for Grandma and Grandpa too:
We gave them the blog book. It was pretty thick this year!:
They also gave us gifts:

There was a whole bag filled with gifts for all our pets!:
 We love the treat bags!
Okay Clover you can have your bully stick now!
We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas day. The sunset was beautiful too:
Tomorrow morning we head back home. We had a great visit with Grandpa Ed and Grandma Joyce!
