Another First
The Hair Salon
Rachel has been asking for months to get her hair cut "short". She did not like the way her long hair felt on the back of her neck or down her back, and she did not like getting her hair fixed (braids, pony tail, pig tails, etc.). She was very excited when we agreed to take her to the salon to get her hair cut "short" (per her request).
Before we went mommy measured Rachel's hair and informed Rachel that she could donate her hair to children who were sick and needed it, and she was excited to help them by donating her hair.
