Family Vacation 2016 - Day 8 - Goat Falls

Family Vacation Day Eight

Goat Falls trail head:

Oops, Mommy realized she had forgotten something about a 1/4 mile into the trail. Daddy ran back for mommy's forgotten pack (that was nice of daddy!). We made a trail marker while we waited for daddy to come back:

The trail had some fun spots to cross:

And we saw some snow:

After a little over 4 miles of hiking we made it to Goat Falls:

We made our way  closer to the falls:

We got right up almost directly under the falls!

We had fun at the Falls but we had over a four mile hike back!

We were pretty tired:

The end was just ahead but we were too tired:

We barely survived the 8.5 mile hike!

After the hike, we went to another campground.
