We were in the path of a very big hurricane! Hurricane Irma made landfall in Florida as a category 4 Hurricane.
We made our preparations:
When the rains started we had fun playing in the rain with our friends:
And floating boats down the street:
We set up camp in the hall to sleep for the night:
Mom slept in the hall with us, but dad stayed in his bed.
We made it through the night and there was no damage to the house!
Mom and dad helped Ruby's son and daughter in law who had a tree fall on their house:
The next day we all went and helped clear yard debris at the Pucket's house:
There were several trees down and a lot of branches:
We used team work!
