Our friends, the Barnett's, were outside when we arrived. They greeted us and helped us unload the car. They also had a fully cooked turkey waiting for us in the refrigerator! Karla's candles we burning and the house smelled amazing. What a wonderful welcome home we received!
We were also excited to see Luna and she sure was happy to see us! We gave her a toy from Grandpa Ed and Grandma Joyce:
We were excited to exchange our Christmas gifts. We started with the gift box for Jesus (a tradition each year; a box of tributes to Jesus Christ):
