Christmas 2018

Christmas Travels

We drove to NY to go visit mom's family for Christmas. On the way we stopped to play in a snowbank:

When we got to Geneva, NY there was no snow, but Seneca  Lake was beautiful:

After checking onto the airbnb on Main street in Waterloo we went to Grandpa Ed and Grandma's Joyce house.

We celebrated Daddy and Lizzy's birthdays with Grandpa and Grandma:

The cake was yummy.

The cards were funny!

A slime making kit!

Thank you so very much Grandpa and Grandma for making our birthdays special! We love you!

When we woke up the next morning there was a special surprise outside! We yelled up to mommy who was upstairs in the house:

 Hi Mom!!

Wait..look out Rachel!

Now Daddy is looking at Lizzy!

Watch out Lizzy!

We went back to Grandpa and Grandma's house and helped Grandma Joyce make Christmas cookies:

 Mom was helping too:

We enjoyed some frosting when we finished:

After decorating cookies we went outside for some more fun in the snow!

On Christmas Eve we went to our cousins' house. Marley and Rachel dressed up as a reindeer and an elf to help pass out gifts:

We had fun playing with our cousins:

We had a very nice visit with family:

Christmas morning sledding!

Aunt Gail and Eric told us about "Killer Hill" in Seneca Falls. There wasn't much so but we didn't let that stop us!

Mom and Dad too:

Oh no they aren't stopping! Do you think they will land in the lake?

After sledding we walked by the lake (Cayuga Lake):

Yet another snowball fight ensued:

Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa's house. We gave them our handmade cards first:

They even had a treat bag for our pets at home:

We had a very nice time visiting Grandpa and Grandma!

We got up early the next morning and headed back home.

We were happy to see our favorite ice cream shop, Weaver's Ice Cream & Pizza, along US-15 in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Yes we stopped!

It was cold, but we still got ice-cream!

We made it home!
Time to open the Christmas Stockings!

First we checked out the stocking for Shadow and Windy:

Then Bunya:

Wow, Luna was really excited!
