2020 Pandemic - Covid 19: The Corona Virus

Schools Are Closed!
 
Everything closed down because there was a virus called Covid 19 or the "Corona Virus" that spread across the world. We were told that we were not going back to school for a while. They first said we might go back in three weeks but that didn't happen. The school district said we can do "Virtual School". We had online class assignments and video ("Zoom") meetings with our classes. Although we missed being with our friends and actually going to school, we still were able to talk to some of our friends and teachers. It was hard and a little scary but we are doing okay.
 
Everyone was supposed to practice social distancing: staying 6 feet away from other people and wear masks inside buildings. Except for essential businesses like grocery stores, banks, gas stations and of course hospitals, most businesses were closed.We were told to stay home when possible. They did say that exercising outdoors was allowed (as long as you were social distancing and in groups under 10 people).
  

Dad was able to work from home. Mom works in a gym (which was closed) and except for two clients which she trained at their home twice a week (wearing a mask) she was out of work. 

Mom decided that this would be a great opportunity for us to get out in nature, get fresh air, exercise, and have some memorable adventures. The following posts are the accounts of our adventures!
